Fee
Framework
Transparency, Alignment & Defined Scope
Our advisory model is built on transparency, alignment, and clearly defined scope.
We operate on a disclosed advisory fee basis agreed in advance of each mandate. Fee structures vary depending on the complexity, scale, and duration of engagement, and are documented within a formal advisory agreement.
We do not operate on undisclosed commissions or vendor-driven incentives.
Engagement Structure
Three-Stage Framework
Most mandates are structured across three stages.
Stage 1
Mandate Retainer
An initial advisory retainer is payable upon engagement. This covers:
- Strategic mandate definition
- Market research and opportunity screening
- Preliminary feasibility modelling
- Risk assessment and scenario testing
- Initial structuring discussions
The retainer ensures disciplined analysis prior to capital deployment and reflects the time-intensive nature of structured advisory work.
Stage 2
Transaction Completion Fee
Upon successful acquisition or capital deployment, a pre-agreed completion fee is payable.
This aligns our advisory involvement with the execution phase and reflects the coordination, due diligence support, and negotiation input provided during transaction progression.
The completion structure is defined in advance and documented clearly within the engagement agreement.
Stage 3
Ongoing Oversight Retainer
For mandates involving development, repositioning, or extended asset oversight, an ongoing advisory retainer may apply. This typically covers:
- Budget monitoring
- Programme tracking
- Consultant coordination
- Risk review
- Structured progress reporting
Where ongoing oversight is required, scope and reporting cadence are defined at the outset.
Alignment & Disclosure
We operate exclusively as an advisor to investor capital.
We do not accept undisclosed referral fees or sales commissions without prior written disclosure.
Where introductions to third-party professionals are made, any commercial arrangements — if applicable — are transparently disclosed.
Our objective is long-term alignment, not transaction volume.
Tailored Engagement
Each mandate is unique. Fee structures are designed to reflect:
- Capital scale
- Complexity of execution
- Regulatory considerations
- Duration of oversight
- Reporting requirements
We welcome a confidential discussion to determine the appropriate structure for your investment objectives.
